Black and White Photo challenge – day 1

A good friend has challenged me to post one black and white image for 5 days in a row.  So here is the first image.   It is called Sanctuary. The portrait was created in Vavau’ Tonga, where swimming with whales is legal under permit.

We live in a color world.  When we look at B&W images we see the shades of grey.   This makes us think  and get in touch with our creative side.  Enjoy!

I am supposed to to challenge five photographers to post 5 B&W images, and am making a list.   Stay tuned.
